The Amerigo™ inner liner kit provides increased insulation and thermal mass, adding an inner shell of heat-resistant concrete and a thermal blanket that sandwiches between the inner shell and the Amerigo kit, for faster heating times and greater heat retention during extended cooking cycles.
May be used alone, or in combination with the Amerigo™ Base Plate Extension and Tunnel kits.
